Customer satisfaction is the most important thing for us!!! , we want you to absolutely adore your lashes and your experience with each and every technician at Lash Symphony studio. If for any reason you are unhappy with the results or anything at all, please contact us within 3 days so that we can schedule an appointment to fix any issues.
For the safety of your children and as a courtesy to other clients we ask that you make child care arrangements before your appointment. Our work is very detail orientated and involves an extreme amount of concentration and focus. Please understand this is for your safety and the safety of your children. We want to provide the most enjoyable and relaxing experience for everyone. We do not allow anyone under the age of 13.
For the quality of services, please respect our refill date. 8~14 days consider as 2 weeks retouch. 15-21th days consider as 3 weeks retouch. 22-28th days consider as 4 weeks retouch. After 28th days, it will be automatically new set because of glue bonding period/ hygiene issues. We do not accept any refill customers from other salons. We request customers to get a removal & new set if you did your lashes by other salons before you come to Lash Symphony. For those who looking for a refill, we cannot guarantee to fall off lashes and different style (product, curl, length, etc).
If you arrive late, we will do our very best to accommodate you, however, time may not permit for us to honor your full service and your appointment may be shortened and/or rescheduled to ensure we are on schedule for our next client. If you arrive 15 minutes late or more we will need to reschedule your appointment. (will be added on no-show & cancellation history) Our technicians wish to provide you with the absolute best quality of work, please be on time. Time is Gold for every individual. Thank you
For the courtesy of our technicians and clients on a waiting list, we do ask for 24-48 hours advance notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you have histories of no show and cancellation more than 2x, need to make a deposit and pay the penalty fee. If you have an appointment on the weekend, please notify us 48 hours from your appointment time.
Otherwise, a fee of 50% of the service will be charged to the client. Clients who have histories of cancellation or no-show will be asked to pay a fee of 50% of the service when you make an appointment (or voucher number is required to book and we will redeem your voucher when you make an appointment). Please respect our policy and other customer’s schedule as well. Thank you!
We honor expired voucher, however, when you using the expired voucher you must pay the difference from original price. 50% promoted price for a new client cannot be combined to use. This voucher policy also applies to customers who have expired package.
(The Merchant is responsible for permitting you to redeem the Voucher for at least the amount paid, even after the promotional value has expired. The amount paid WILL NEVER EXPIRE. The promotional value of a traditional Voucher may not be combined with other offers and no portion of its value is intended to cover tax or gratuity.)

Out of consideration for other guests, please silence cell phones. Cell phone use (talking, texting, camera use) is not permitted while permanent makeup services (or any other services) are rendered. Please keep cell phones in your pocket or purse.
Lash Symphony does not offer refunds on services. We do however offer free touch up within three days of service at no additional cost.
