FAQ’s

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

HOW ARE THEY APPLIED?

Eyelash extensions are applied using a high-quality medical grade adhesive. Each lash is applied individually to each own natural eyelashes.

HOW LONG DO THEY LAST?

On average based on after-care, the lash extension has the potential lifespan of 2-5 weeks.
We recommend coming in for a touch-up every 2weeks to maintain fullness. The majority of our clients come in weekly, much like getting a manicure.

WHAT SHOULD I DO BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT?

Remove all eye makeup for application and contact lens.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

Each application can take anywhere from 45 minutes to 1 hour for a touch-up to a little more than an hour for a new set (Note: larger set may require additional time).

CAN I USE AN EYELASH CURLER AND MASCARA?

It is not recommended to use a curler or mascara, as the mascara will interfere with the adhesive and the curler will damage the extensions.

HOW ARE EYELASH EXTENSIONS REMOVED?

Lashes are removed by our technicians using a professional remover. Do not pick at lashes, as they will fall off with the natural lash.

HOW DO I CARE FOR LASHES BETWEEN VISITS?

By avoiding extreme heat, swimming, and steam rooms for the first 48hrs, you automatically preserve the life of your lashes.

Use oil-free cleansers when removing eye make-up, as the oil will dissolve the adhesive. After showering, pat lashes dry with a tissue and use an eyelash comb to groom carefully when needed. It is recommended to use an oil-free makeup remover wipe to remove make-up and dirt.

WHAT TO EXPECT DURING AND AFTER MICROBLADING SESSION?

The entire healing process will take from 4-6 weeks depending on your body regeneration and age. your new eyebrows will go through several phases during the healing cycle.

The pigment will appear very natural looking immediately after the procedure.

The color of the pigment will appear much darker the next day.

Note that because of natural skin regeneration, after the recovery period(peeling), brows might appear lighter than original. This might give you the impression that color is fading too quickly.

Often even with proper care, customer develops bald spots or loose original hair stroke which makes brows look uneven. It is absolutely normal.
That’s is the reason why most customers need a touch up after 1 month to assure that brows are perfectly even and the desired effect was achieved.

Once the healing of the skin starts taking place, it will look like dandruff flakes or dry skin. However, this is just superficial color and dry skin being naturally removed from eyebrows.

The final look of your eyebrows will be apparent approximately 30 days after your procedure.

Never rub the treated area as it will disturb the skin from natural healing.
Once completely healed, always apply a layer of sunscreen SPF30 up to SPF50 on your eyebrows when exposed to the sun. Sun exposure might cause the color pigment to fade away more quickly.

When using foundation, be aware when applying to avoid our healed eyebrows. If foundation covers healed brows, your eyebrows will appear lighter.
